"I see D.E.A.T.H people"!

I have received numerous upon numerous request about which approaches individuals should take toward exercising, dieting, weight gaining guidance, trimming etc... Don't feel singled out, you were not the only ones who've made inquiries. I am often asked daily and I preach the same thing to everyone--with consistency. Moreover, I enjoy helping but I can not respond in time, so to simplify things I ask everyone to reach me in one site. Now is a better time than any! Under one condition...its going to be under my rules; my methods.

Your chest and thighs need more reps; your bi's and tri's need heavier weights.
