Here's what I started drinking for breakfast:
I usually skip breakfast. I know...I know! The most important etc...but heavy foods slow me down in the maƱana, so I tried this idea inspired by an article I read from Liard Hamilton. He mixes shakes/smoothies with a vegetable powder full of vitamins called "Catie's Oraganic Veggies"! 
  So what I do is mix my fav "super-foods" together to fuse the ultimate breakfast shake:

Raw spinach (handful)
1pc Kale
1 Banana (peeled)
Frozen: Strawberries
         Mango
         Blueberries 
         Black Cherries

Paradise's Orac-Energy Greens

Add protein powder if you'd like for weight gaining purposes.
